Seasonal Calendar
Illustration, Graphic DesginI had the pleasure of working on this calendar for Jim Hildyard at the Ruskin Mills Trust. He approached me to design and illustrate this Seasonal Calendar, as a useful resource for staff, children and parents to guide them through their horticultural jobs for each month of the year.
I created custom illustrations for each page based on the processes that were provided, these all feature on each month of the calendar for the user to reference. I designed a complimentary colour palette that flowed together throughout the year, while representing each season individually. The project also involved laying out the entire calendars design, to create a functional and aesthetic end product with ample room for writing dates and events. At Jim’s request the calendar also conveys the moon cycles throughout the year.
